University College of Bahrain was honored with a visit from Mr. Kristian Rumble and Ms. Fiona Lennoxsmith of Advance HE, who conducted a workshop titled “Advance HE’s Framework for Leadership”.
During the workshop, the Advance HE representatives introduced a new leadership framework. An open discussion took place, during which UCB staff shared their insights on the leadership framework for higher education and effective leadership.
The insightful discussion and constructive feedback highlighted the crucial role of collaboration in fostering innovation in higher education.
