On Tuesday, 18th February 2025, a team from the University College of Bahrain consisting of Dr. Yusuf Janahi – Vice President for Academic Affairs and Quality, Dr. Shema Bukhari – Associate Professor at the Communication and Multimedia Department and Ms. Natalija Gulei – Quality Assurance and Accreditation Manager attended the conference “Inside-out: Establishing Feedback Ecosystem to Enhance Engagement” at the American University of Bahrain.
During the conference, the panelist Dr. Yusuf Janahi shared insights into how data-informed decision-making enhances institutional performance and student success. Dr. Janahi outlined UCB’s structured approach to feedback analysis, emphasizing how data is systematically collected and utilized to drive improvements in academic programs and operational efficiency.
