ICT unit responsibilities:
- Adopt a proactive measure in providing IT support for UCB staff and students.
- Providing the needful support for students such as (activating their Microsoft account including email and teams) and sharing Student’s Wifi network password.
- Providing the students with their portal username and password, and any IT manuals such (as Turnitin, Teams and Microsoft Office).
