Professor Nandita Sengupta, Head of the Department of Information Technology at University College of Bahrain (UCB), proudly represented UCB at the prestigious IEEE ITIKD2025 International Conference, hosted by Ahlia University on 15th April 2025.
She presented her research paper titled “Enhanced Intrusion Detection System for IoMT Devices Using Improved Human Evolutionary Optimization Algorithm and Tabular Transformers”. The paper showcases innovative approaches to strengthening cybersecurity on the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) through advanced optimization and deep learning techniques.
