University College of Bahrain (UCB) claimed victory at the 29th Annual Six-a-Side Football Tournament, held at the Bahrain Rugby Football Club, defeating BMMI 4-1 in the final. The event, organized by the Rotary Club of Manama, featured 16 teams competing in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere.
Professor Shaikh Khalid bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of UCB and President of the Rotary Club of Manama, presided over the closing ceremony, presenting awards to the champions and runners-up.
This tournament is part of the Rotary Club’s ‘Kick for a Cause’ initiative, which this year focused on the theme “Education for All”, raising BD 15,000 to support education and training programs for the community.
