The University College of Bahrain organized a field trip on 26th May 2025 for BSc Information Technology students to Benefit, Bahrain’s leader in fintech services. Accompanied by Prof. (Dr.) Nandita Sengupta, students explored real-world applications of IT through insightful presentations on cybersecurity, UI/UX, data engineering, AI, and infrastructure.
The interactive sessions enabled students to engage with professionals and understand key industry competencies. This initiative strengthened academic-industry links and highlighted in-demand tech skills. The Department of IT thanks Benefit for their support and for providing such valuable educational experience.
