University College of Bahrain conducted a session titled “Shaping UCB Strategy: Stakeholder Insight” to engage with internal and external stakeholders and gain their feedback about the upcoming strategic direction of UCB. The session was facilitated by Dr. Reem Hamdan and aimed to foster a collaborative dialogue on key institutional priorities.

UCB President, Dr. Rana Sawaya, acknowledged the valuable contributions of the strategic planning committee and stakeholders. She emphasized the critical role of stakeholder engagement in the development of UCB’s Strategic Plan for 2025-2030, signifying the launch of a transformative phase for the university.

During the session, faculty members, administrative staff, students, alumni, and industry partners participated in discussions focused on enhancing academic offerings, strengthening industry partnerships, improving student experiences, and ensuring alignment with national and international educational standards. Attendees shared valuable insights on the challenges and opportunities that UCB should consider while formulating its future strategic plan.

Dr. Reem Hamdan emphasized the importance of stakeholder engagement in shaping a sustainable and forward-thinking strategy that aligns with UCB’s mission and vision. The session concluded with a commitment to incorporating the collected feedback into actionable initiatives that will drive UCB’s growth and excellence in higher education.
