• Programming Specialist (Bahraini Nationals Only)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics.
• Strong academic grounding in programming, databases, data structures, and analytical methods.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and scripting (pandas, NumPy); working knowledge of R is an advantage.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, and development of interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
• Ability to integrate and process data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, CSV/JSON).
• Experience in data cleaning, transformation, normalization, and ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience with version control (Git) and strong debugging, performance tuning, and error-handling skills.
• Ability to programmatically design and compute metrics, ratios, indicators, and trend analyses.
• Strong data visualization skills and familiarity with cloud-based data or BI environments is an advantage.
• High numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under time constraints.
