University College of Bahrain organized a workshop titled “Ethical Leadership and Social Responsibility in the Global Context,” presented by Dr. Malak Aoun, Head of Graduate Studies and Research.
The workshop explored the concept of ethical leadership and its role in building trust, integrity, and transparency within organizations. It highlighted the importance of social responsibility in the era of sustainability, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.
The session also covered applying ethical principles in professional settings, managing stakeholder relations, evaluating the role of institutions in achieving social responsibility, and linking ethical practices to sustainable development goals to build more sustainable and impactful organizations.
