Mrs.Latifa worked in the banking sector for the past 16 years. She held administrative positions, team management, banking, client relations, marketing, and customer experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University College of Bahrain (2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Kingdom University (2011).

Mrs. Latifa began her career in banking institutions, including CrediMax, Standard Chartered Bank and Khaleeji Commercial Bank, from 2007 to 2016 and ended her banking career at Arab Bank from 2016 to 2023 in customer experience and senior customer relationship roles.

In March 2023, Mrs. Latifa transitioned to the education sector, starting as an Admission & Marketing Assistant Manager at the University College of Bahrain, where in October 2023, she was appointed as the Student Affairs & Alumni Manager.
